About this boat

$10K price drop! Waterwind is a super clean and well maintained version of the popular Hunter 386, a design that's been praised for its spacious, well-appointed interior, comfortable cockpit, and easy-to-handle sail plan, making it ideal for cruising and entertaining. It's nicely outfitted and ready to go! If you're looking for the perfect boat to get your family on the water this season, this is the one! This boat has been lovingly cared for by her current owners for the past decade. Upgrades include: Reverse Cycle Heat / AC Dinghy Davits (2023) (2) 110W portable Xantrex Solar panels (2023) New sanitation hose (2024) Washdown pump (2022) Accommodations Upon entering the cabin on the Hunter 386, the first thing you'll notice is the abundant natural light that streams in from the large fixed windows as well as the many overhead hatches which also provide a tremendous amount of fresh air. The wide beam and 6'6" head room make the space below feel much larger than a 38' boat. The salon has a U-shaped settee (which can be converted to an additional berth if needed), large dining table and straight settee to port. The galley is tucked neatly to starboard, and the head is to port. Forward is a modest V-berth with a private wash area, and a large cabin aft with direct access to the head. The nav station to port is a great work area, with access to the breaker panels to the ships electrical systems. Salon: Dining table converts to a berth when needed. The owners prefer to sleep in the salon when overnighting, so they had a custom mattress made to ensure a great nights sleep Beautiful woodwork shows minimal wear for it's age Reverse cycle Heat / AC ducted throughout 12V fans LED lighting Two large overhead hatches replaced (2020) Large fixed windows resealed (2020) Galley: Corian countertops with beautiful wood joinery Top loading side-by-side Adler Barbour refrigerator and freezer Double basin stainless steel sink w/ cutting board Dedicated trash bin 3 burner propane Force10 gimballed stove / oven Microwave Plenty of storage to stow your provisions!
